Private lessons may incorporate a variety of elements, including: focus on alignment and safety awareness, foundational development to maximize your practice at home or studio class setting, goal poses, mindful meditation, breath work, and supportive assists. I always have props at the ready, and use them to offer modifications to suit the needs of each student.

I intuitively create movement and sequencing that feels right for you. Together we can work toward minimizing the toll of daily life on your body and mind, which means less pain, achy-ness, stress and fatigue, and more energy, joy, patience, and love.

Yoga 101:

Are you new to yoga? Or just want to wipe the slate and start fresh? Awesome! My teaching style reflects what I have realized about my own learning process - abandon my expectations and build a foundation starting with the basics. Together, we will uncover the tools for developing a yoga practice that feels right for you. With deep respect, I will serve as a guide in your exploration of body, mind, and spirit. 

Where?

On a beautiful, warm day, there are few places better than practicing in one of San Francisco's many beautiful parks. Here we are able to detach from the busy world surrounding us, and let the sun warm our skin and calm our senses. Other great options are your home or office if there is space available. Studio rental is a great option for an additional fee of $15.

1 Student

  • 1 session for $70
  • 5 sessions for $325 ($25 discount)

2 Students

  • 1 session for $90
  • 5 sessions for $400 ($50 discount)

*Each session is 60-75 minutes. Longer sessions, which incorporate a deeper Savasana (final resting pose) with extra massage work for shoulders, neck, and face are available for an additional fee.
